Salon Policies
Arrival
Spa Services Please allow 15-20 minutes before your appointment time. This will allow time for you to change into a robe and fill out the appropriate information needed, to provide you with the best experience.
Hair Services With chemical services, please allow yourself enough time to change into a robe. Our stylists work very hard to run on time for each appointment and when a client is late, that can throw their whole day off.
Cancellations
We require a 48-hour notice to reschedule or cancel multiple services. A major credit card is required when booking multiple services. Fifty (50) percent of the total will be charged to the credit card & if you do not give proper notice, you will not recieve a refund.
Gratuities
Tips are very much appreciated and left up to each client's discretion. However we do prefer tips to be offered in cash or check. The credit card companies take a percentage out of the amount you have given.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Checks(with photo ID & must be Michigan).

Minimum Age
Any client under the age of 18 must have adult approval for all services.
Medical
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery, or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult with their doctor before booking spa services or using any spa facilities. Please advise us of allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you.
Salon Etiquette
Cell Phones
To keep a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, we ask that you please turn your cell phones off or on vibrate. We also ask that you take any loud cell phone conversations outside.
Children
We love our clients' children, but to keep a relaxing atmosphere that our clients enjoy, we ask if you have to bring your children, that they are quiet and maintained at all times. Children are not allowed in any of the spa areas.
